Our Approach

Goal Directed Action
Five Key Steps
Our leadership development process is based on five key steps:
Goal Setting
One-on-one interviews to agree the goals and objectives on a personal, team and organizational level. This ensures that everyone involved knows what they are working towards.
Evaluation
The individual or organization’s current performance is evaluated against the objectives that have been set. This helps to identify any gaps that need to be addressed.
Action Planning
A plan of action is developed to address the gaps that have been identified. The plan is then implemented and monitored. Any necessary changes are made to ensure that the plan is successful.
Integrating of Behavioural Change
This process tracks the implementation of the individual or organizational plan of action, identifies critical success factors for the individual, their support teams, and the business, and ensures that all behavior changes are integrated into the workplace.
Continuous Improvement
A commitment to consistently enhance performance through iterative cycles of goal setting, evaluation, action planning, and the seamless integration of behavioral change, fostering a culture of ongoing progress and advancement.
IBB’s development process is a proven and effective way to improve individual and organizational performance. It is a systematic and comprehensive approach that focuses on setting clear objectives, evaluating current performance, developing a plan of action, implementing and monitoring the plan, integrating behavioral change and continuous improvement.
